Feeling like crap in the evenings

As I approach my 2nd tri, I've been feeling better as far a nausea goes. I've even had a little more energy during the day, too. But later in the evening, I start to go down hill... everyday. Absolutely NO energy, my head starts to hurt and my body aches, almost like I have the flu. I just lay on my bed, and I can barely muster up the energy to move my body the 10 feet to my bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth for bed. :/ Anyone else the same?

  • That's me too lately. Just when I think I've had a good day, it hits me around 7pm and I'm done for the day.

  • Yep me too. It's terrible. But I have an 11 month old I have feed, bathe, get to bed, etc. I can't wait for the first tri to be over for so many reasons.

  • yup! I actually just vomited for the first time last night around 11pm. I feel lousy and tired all day, but the most nauseous and tired at night. It's terrible.

  • Sounds exactly like me. 4:00 hits and suddenly I feel like I've been hit by a truck. So annoying.
  • I feel the same. After 5 I have all the aches and pains.  No energy and fight to barely keep my eyes open till 8 and I am out like a light.  Mornings are great though no pains nothing I feel energized and get a lot done.

  • Yea, last night I was passed out at 7:30 on the couch :(
  • Ditto for me! It's like clockwork around 4:00 I start feeling like absolute crap!  I am 11 weeks 3 days though so hopefully it will get better (for all of us) soon!

I was that same way during my first pregnancy.  It was miserable.  And then I would throw up every.single.night when I brushed my teeth.  I would gag, throw up, and then brush again.

I hope you start feeling better soon!

  • I feel exactly the same way. I've been going to bed when DD goes to bed.

I KNOW what is up the toothbrush gagging?  I have only thrown up a couple times but ALWAYS gag my way through the brushing!
