Hi, ladies. Just wondering if any of you have had experience finding care givers on care.com? We are moving in 6 weeks and I need to find a new nanny for my 2 girls. I have engaged an agency to help, but they have been slow to respond. Just wondering if anyone has had good experiences.

I hired my houskeeper through it, and I'm very happy with her. My sister and her friend are university students and they use it to find baby-sitting/nanny jobs. They like it and the families that found them are really happy with them.

I have used care.com and sittercity.com in the end, I had better success with sittercity. I just felt the pool of applicants were a bit better. But I have a feeling that my vary by region. the ultimate decider was that I also was able to find a coupon code for sittercity for a year membership on the cheap.

Yep. I've used it to hire 2 baby sitters and our pet sitter/house keeper. Worked great for us.

We've found 2 nannies on care.com. We had plenty of people to choose from.

I found my son's babysitter on care.com and she is amazing. I had a ton of people apply for my posting and interviewed 4 or so. They all were qualified and very nice.
