Maybe I didn't have her placed correctly then - I felt like she was "sticking out" or there wasn't enough room for her, if that makes any sense. But perhaps I had her placed too low...

I'm large chested but small waisted and have a long torso. I think the ergo is heaven on earth. I've read some bad reviews from women who are shorter/have a small torso though, so I would suggest going to a store and trying out some carriers to see what's most comfortable for you.
Keep working at it! Wrapping is like tying your shoe--soooo tricky at first and then it becomes second-nature and gives the most incredible, snug fit. Chest size shouldn't be a problem. Ditto PP on baby's head high enough to kiss. I am in the realm of a I/J cup and have wrapped my son in a woven wrap most days since he was born (though this late in the PG with #2, we're finally slowing down a bit, LOL!). I know other hardcore wrapping mamas of all shapes and sizes. Wrapping is actually unique in being the only carrier that has the potential to perfectly fit every single user.
I'm new to this board and don't BW much anymore since my DD is 40 lbs but I was a size F and my Ergo was the best for me. I couldn't get the hang of the Mody I have because I am short and wrapping was hard for me because of that. I can still wear my DD on my back in the Ergo some!
