I am 19 weeks and pretty sure I have not felt anything that definitively seems like baby, certainly nothing that I would characterize as "fluttering." I know some women don't feel anything until 22 weeks and it doesn't mean anything is wrong, I'm just anxious!!
Re: Anyone else not feeling anything?
I know our situations are a lot different (baking 2 instead of 1!), but I'm curious, do you drink a lot of water?? I've been able to feel baby B since week 15, but didn't start feeling baby A until week 18. I feel them all the time now, but yesterday I didn't drink my usual 100+ oz of water and last night/this morning, they were both very still (which of course made me panic!) I made sure I pushed the water extra hard today and have been enjoying their gymnastics routine for about an hour now.
Of course, it all could depend on where the placenta is (anterior vs posterior). My dr said it might take awhile to feel baby if the placenta is anterior. Also, I have a friend that didn't start to really feel her little guy until she was almost 21 weeks.
I started to notice I felt more movement if I had a full bladder, so I've been drinking water like crazy so I can feel baby more often. Then I get so interested in the movement, I forget to pee. Still nothing from the outside, but I definitely feel baby from inside every few hours.
