  The only medium flow I have been able to find is the orthodontic ones, which are shaped completely differently and J won't take them. Are they the original shape or the orthodontic ones?

  i have playtex medium flow nipples, they are the original shaped silicone ones.  it did say new on the package.

  I found them at our local grocery store about a month ago and was also very happy!  DD is already using fast flow though.
