pain/cramps

 I'm 7dpo today (according to FF, I had +OPK on CD 14 & 15 and am CD 22 today)

woke up this morning from severe cramps in very lower abdomen now it is not so much cramps as it is constant dull pain at a moderate level very  low, just above my pubic bone.  Some waves of more severe pain that makes me have to breath through it.

Any thoughts on this?

 

Me 39, DH 40
Male Factor (severe oligospermia) 
IVF#1-December 2013: Conversion Protocol @ SIRM, Canceled on day 10 of stims due to poor response
IVF#2- February 2014:  Estrogen Priming Conversion Protocol @ SIRM (ER 2/22: (9R, 7M, 4F, All arrested, nothing to trasnfer)
IUI#1-May 28, 2014- 100mg clomid, HCG Trigger, 100mg progesterone oral--BFN
IUI#2-June 24, 2014- non medicated, HCG 2,500mg x 4 doses (over a week), Endometrium- BFN
Suprise BFP- September 1, 2014- miscarriage at 5 weeks.

     I get pains like that on and off from O till AF so for me it wouldn't mean to much...  But if your temps stay up then I would test in a few days... good luck!

    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    Try to hold off until 11 or 12 DPO and start testing.  I am super aware of any pains during my TWW when I am TTC

    I tend to ignore most pain but this was not at an ignorable level. Its eased up quite a bit but not completely gone. Thanks for the feedback
