Feeling more and more real...

.... I've kind of been in disbelief about the whole thing.  Kind of hard to trust that little plastic stick that i peed on to tell me I'm KU'd.  Since I spotted around the time I would have got my period last month, I was still somehow convinced that this wasn't real.  Since the time for my next period has now been and gone, I can finally start to believe that there is in fact a baby in there doing its best to make me miserable (over the short term).  And I could be more nervous, I mean excited!  :)

    I'm in the same boat. My first ultrasound will be on the 2nd, I'm hoping it will sink in then. Right now it just seems like a surreal dream that I'm not sure is real or not.

    Yep, I'm right there with you.  One pee on a stick and one missed period are the only reason I even know I'm pg.  Have my first appt this afternoon- could not come sooner!

    I won't get to hear the HB or have an US until August 15th.. and its killing me... soooo impatient.

    I don't think it was real for me or DH until we went to the first appt yesterday. We had an u/s and got to see the hb. It is real now!!! Congrats and gl.
