Homemade baked mac & cheese. The best part of it is that DH is gluten and dairy intolerant so he can't eat this. It's all for me! Yay leftovers!
I used some sharp yellow cheddar, white cheddar, and fontina cheese and I don't have dry mustard so I used a dash of nutmeg instead in the sauce.
It took me about a half hour to make from start to finish.

My super all about me birth story:
Then: Fraternal twins born at 26 weeks in 1983. Me: 640 grams. Brother: 840 grams. Family kept watch in the NICU for 5 months before being allowed to go home. On oxygen for a year and a half after being released.
Now: Me: PhD student and married. Brother: Lawyer and married.
Dad's wedding speech: Thank you to all the family who stood watch and prayed for our children's survival. Well now the little scrawny chicken is married. Who would've thought? (Thanks dad for making me laugh and cry at the same time).

That sounds good! I havent tried baked mac & cheese but I make regular mac & cheese with milk, flour, butter, onion powder, garlic powder, ricotta cheese & cheddar cheese. I'm addicted lol
I have tons leftover. You're welcome to it.
And as per the other poster: I also used whole wheat pasta to up the nutritional and fiber value (but there was a ton of cheese in it)
