So, Colton STTN last night...I woke up REALLY sad. On one hand, I'm so happy I got sleep. On the other hand, every morning at 3am he wakes up and I put him in bed with me and he nurses back to sleep and we snuggle and sleep together for the next 3 hours. This morning I woke up and realized he was still snoozing in his crib. HE DOESNT NEED ME! Crying

    I feel the same way sometimes. I woke up at 4:00a, and I thought about grabbing DD from her crib to snuggle. I decided that it wasn't a good idea, but sometimes I miss those days.
    Pass the sheet cake.

    LOL Funny you mention this. DH actually gets out of our bed and goes to sleep in the nursery (we have a bed in there, too) sometimes because Colton "takes up his space" and hits him in his sleep. All I know is I love waking up to that cute smiley face!

    Awww! He does still need you! And I bet he wakes up tonight. My LO is notorious for giving us false hope of STTN, then waking up four times the next night... like last night... sigh.

    I had the same thought when I woke up around 530 this morning. I could see DS on the monitor and I had a serious urge to go get him and bring him into bed with me. If DH didn't take up most of the bed I probably would have. When did they get so big!?

    I'm a terrible mother, I wondered "Gosh why does she put him back in her bed??".

    I like my space, already fighting for room with the Mister and the Pup.   :)
