So I figured out how to make him do things!!! NBR

I've had our old stove on my front porch for MONTHS... DH was not moving it.  People offered to help, repeatedly.  Finally, I called the town today to come pick that shizz up.  It is no longer on my front porch, it's at the curb where it belongs.

Next on the list?  Buying the lumber to get the front steps redone.  He ripped those down last summer... I'll rent a truck from Home Depot and just bring all the stuff home and I know he won't let me do all the work...
