I just had my DS and several times the epidural has to be increase and then redone so that it finally worked. At those off times, I could feel every contraction. My hats go off to all you ladies that do it naturally.
I have admiration for you! I didn't have medication but I couldn't have handled contractions without having the freedom to move around and get into positions to make me more comfortable. The time where they were monitoring me in the bed was the worst and most painful part of the whole experience. I would rather do it without any kind of medication any day than to have problems with medications not working and not having the freedom to labor as I please. Well done mama!
I'm scared of the idea of a needle in my spine, so I pretty much admire Mums who get epis.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. When I was in labor I was much more scared of needle in my spine than continuing as I was. My hat is off to anyone who brings life into this world. Congratulations mama!
Re: Congrats ladies!
