Re: Woke up hungry . . .

  • My husband laughed at me a couple weeks ago because he rolled over in bed to find me noming on some cereal...I kept a little baggie of cereal next to the bed in case m/s came back, and I woke up at like 5am SUPER hungry.  Well, because I am on summer break and DH works from home, we are almost never up at that time.  Needless to say, DH broke out laughing when he saw me laying there with a little bag of cereal, munching away like a squirrel.

  • Yes!!  I am sleeping horribly at night, but have become a great evening napper!  I have woken up several nights starving to the point where I know I can't go back to sleep, so I usually get up and eat some cheese!!  This seems to happen anytime between 1-2am.  Ugh not easy getting up for work the next morning :-/

  • Yes! I keep a baggie of oyster crackers and a bottle of water next to my bed.  I wake up STARVING in the middle of the night a lot.  This morning I was so hungry when I got up for work, so I had a couple of bites of cereal and immediately felt so full and disgusting :-( I just can't get it right, some days I can eat anything and everything and still be hungry. Not today!
  • I'm more thirsty than anything. I keep a bottle of water by the bed and usually wake up a few times a night completely parched. Chug the water, fall back asleep, wake up an hour later to use the restroom.
