For the past few year I always get a bad headache if I sleep more than 7-8 hours. This also means I can't take a nap during the day because it will cause a headache.
I have also been getting really bad migraines almost every day and I'm trying to not take Tylenol anymore to see if that helps. My neurologist told me a while back that I can easily rebound from taking a pain reliever too many days in a row and it will just give me worse headaches.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I feel like I'm the only person in the world who can't sleep more than 7 hours...or else.
Re: Headache from Sleeping too much
One who suffers from migraines I feel your pain. but for me I am trying to stick it out and not use any meds. What I have been finding that has been working really well for me is a heat pad on back of the neck and ice pack on my forhead or if that doesnt work I switch it up. And those have been helping a great deal with them.
Good luck
