HCG levels after m/c

This is a post and run, but for those of you who had a d&c, how long did it take your HCG levels to zero out? I'm almost 3 weeks post, and after my 2 week follow up last Friday, I'm still sitting at 194. So now I get to do weekly checks until I level off. I'm just really hoping we don't have to look at doing another D&C. Tongue Tied

They didn't have any of the genetics back yet either, only pathology. My Dr said there were a few cells consistent w/ a molar, but that she didn't think there were enough to conclude that's what it was...plus we saw a HB, so that doesn't make sense to me either. Ugh. I just wish we could get some answers

    My first loss was long and drawn out. My numbers were slowly decreasing and I bled for 4 weeks with no end in sight so I had a D&C 7 weeks after I found out I had m/c'd. They waited 4 weeks (I think) after my D&C and my numbers were zero.

    I'm pretty sure it was another 4 weeks after my second D&C before I had bloodwork done and they were zero. I think. Then again, it was a while ago.

    Sorry I couldn't be of more help! Hopefully your numbers go down quickly and you get some answers soon.

    Diagnostic cycle monitoring = Polycystic ovaries leading to premature egg release
    TTA Oct 2014 - Jan 2015
    Jan 2015 - Medicated cycle with timed intercourse

    I don't believe my pregnancy was molar at all so I don't know if this makes a difference, but I would say between 7-8 weeks before things were below zero. I haven't had a blood test to confirm but I had a test like 3 weeks ago and it was 5.1 after slooooowly dropping from the teens. I'm just hoping that it's ZERO :)

    My OB didn't follow my results down to 0 but I was still getting +HPTs at about 4 weeks out.
