I was just wondering, how often were you having sex when trying to conceive. My husband I were having sex twice a week when we conceived for our 1st baby. What about you?[Poll]
You are probably going to get a bunch of responses like mine that don't fit in your poll. We timed sex around O so we would try for every day or every other day starting about 4 days before O to a few days after. The rest of the time it was about twice a week. It took us 9 months of timed sex.
We were definitely NOT trying to get pregnant. It was unplanned 100%, on the pill for 10 years, no intention of having a baby anytime soon conception. We were having sex 2-4 times per week, our usual.
SS...we typically had sex 3-4 times a week; sometimes 2-3 times a week. We made sure to get the timing "right" around O time. We did that for two and a half years. I got pregnant through a medicated IUI cycle.

My husband and I had been trying for a little over two years to concieve and after we had a miscarriage we start on a strict schedule ... we were on this schedule for 2 months when we had concieved ... day 1 is the first day of your period and on day 10 you have sex in the morning, day 11 sex in the evening and day 12 was off ... you repeat this schedule until you either get your period or get a positive pregnancy test ... so basically you are having sex avery 36hours to make sure that you get at least one of the day you ovulate.
