group gift - how to write TY note?

DH's old coworkers all pitched in and gifted us several items from our registry. there are about 5-6 people that he was close with while working there. however, there wasn't a card included or anything, so I don't know specifically who was involved.

I'm fine with the TY writing part ("thank you all so much for the X, Y, Z for baby, etc"), but how should I go about addressing it if I don't know exactly who pitched in?

If you do not know who all pitched in just do 1 thank you note addressed to everyone or to the company.

I would either get your DH to find out who all contributed (and write them each individual thank yous), or just address a single invite to the entire office, if you can't get a list of people.
