Totally Random AW and Moosh.....add yours!!!
I just realized my little Lilypie baby age tickers is closer to the 1 year old than the newborn. I mean, I know Lucas will be 7 months in 3 days but seeing the ticker guy closer to the right is WEIRD!!!
Another random thought is that Lucas is no longer doing new things weekly or bi weekly. I feel like each DAY he is progressing and growing. He is inquisitive, strong, determined and very stubborn. He is such a mamas boy and cries 50% of the time I leave the room. He crawls, stands up holding onto things and walks when I hold his hands. He smirks at me, giggles at his daddy and dog, and KNOWS when he is playing us at bedtime. He also always makes sure someone is watching him when he tries something cool or new.
He might not sleep at night, but this kid is a rockstar!

Obviously, with that hair he is born to be a rockstar!
I just love my little boy so much, he can do no wrong. I love how I can make him feel better or stop crying by just holding him and loving him.
He needs to slow down, everyday is something new and I don't want to miss a minute of it.
I'm pretty sure E will grow up to be an engineer like his daddy, and that warms my heart. I value H's analytical mind, and I can see that at work in E already. He loves to explore how things work and must take apart, touch and try to look under everything.
I've recently had the same revelation. Charlotte will be 8 months old tomorrow. Ummm .. hello? When in the world did that happen?!
But she's crawling everywhere, working on standing, and truly developing her personality. She's an amazing addition to our family and I really can't even remember life without her.

I think Lucas and Atticus would be great partners in crime.
A's favorite thing to do lately is sit on my lap and play our piano. He screams with delight and mashes chords and rhythms that would put Phillip Glass to shame. Our piano has never been "played" with such emotion or vigor. It is extra special to me, because this is my great-grandma's piano and A is the 5th generation of babies to play it. I learned how to play sitting next to my grandma.
He smiles at me like we share a really funny inside joke.
I have never loved anyone more!
