Who is here and what are you up to?

I am on the ipad reading the news listening to DH snore. I can't sleep. My dad is having surgery tomorrow and last time, he had some complications, so I am hoping all goes well this time. And I made the mistake of going for a late run, which always makes me an insomniac.

I'm wasting precious sleeping time bumping and checking email.

I don't want to go to bed because I know my mind is going to start racing about our living situation. We think we want to rent another place for a year and keep saving up a downpayment for a house. DH wants to walk to work and sell a car, I can't find anything decent in our price range that is within walking distance...etc, etc, etc. Why can't this ever be easy???

I'm here! Wish I could say I was doing something fun, but I'm just waiting for the dishwasher to finish so I can make DH's coffee for tomorrow and then go to bed. I should be going to bed sooner rather than later, but I'm just not tired yet.

We are such an old married couple! lol

Lol, we are too. Only dh goes to bed by 10 because he's up at 4:30.

I am sure my dad will be fine. He's having his second knee replacement done tomorrow. Last time there were issues right after he had it done that made his healing process more difficult. I hated seeing him not able to get around, but once its done, he'll be 100% we hope and ready to chase A!

I'm here. LO is asleep. DH left to go golfing at 4pm today with the guys from work. He just called and said he was stopping to eat with them now. he deserves a night out though so I can't complain. I guess I'll make myself something to eat as he won't be home for awhile. I also just worked out so I am awake and bored.

I'm waiting for my yeast to rise. The fair is this weekend and I've got about 15 items to bake each day from now until friday morning when we have to haul the horses down. Tonight I'm getting started on my Pain Au Chocolate. They should be done on Thursday lol.

Just finishing nursing A down. It is almost 10:30 here. I will climb into bed with A and spend some time on the web while I wait for my husband to come to bed too.

I'm here. LO seems to be doing some reverse cycling the past week or so. I haven't been up to nurse him at 12:45 in I don't know how long. I'm contemplating how long it would take to heat up some frozen BM. Poor little guy doesn't seem to be getting as much as he wants...my body isn't used to this!!

Lab, I hope your dad's surgery goes well, and he has a quick and easy recovery!

I'm on the west coast so things are a bit more exciting (well, at least awake) here. We just finished watching a baseball game on TV. After sleeping for 45 mins DS woke up and doesn't seem to want to sleep anymore, so he's laying in his crib with his sea horse. Okay, I just checked and he's actually attempting to crawl away from his sea horse (he can't actually crawl, but he sure tries!) I can't believe I ever wished he would roll more...

Oh, and I just ate some yogurt and now the dog is stealing all my dirty dishes.

T&P for your dad's surgery! Even the routine ones can still be scary.

It's only 7:30 here, but LO is in bed, and I'm on my ipad and watching grey's anatomy on netflix. Had to get up at 4:30 this morning to take DH to work so I could have the car, and have to do it again tomorrow so I will probably be in bed super early tonight!

DH is working the overnight shift, which usually means a late night for me because I have no one to tell me it's time to go to bed. LO just woke up because of his teething, so I gave him a dose of Tylenol. Now just back to surfing the web and watching Dawson's Creek on Netflix.

. It's already after 7am here...I always seem to miss the busiest bumping hours because it's night here. E was up from 5 this morning to about 15 minutes ago. I'm debating on whether or not to go back to sleep or get up for the day...

Thanks ladies. It went well. They started at 6am and did not find the same problems they found in his other knee. I came home for a couple of hours so LO could nap and play for awhile and will be heading back around lunchtime to hang with my mom and to see dad when he gets out of recovery.
