I do make a few changes to the recipe. I leave out the water altogether...it really doesn't need it. I add extra garlic and use low-fat cream cheese and the "healthy request" versions of the soup to cut down on salt and fat. I only use half a package of Italian dressing mix to cut down on salt. I just add in some extra Italian herbs and pepper for added flavor. I cook it for about 5 hours on low. Enjoy!
ETA: I usually substitute chicken thighs for breasts...they stay nice and moist!

Monday: DH has pool league, so it will be a Lean Cuisine and salad for me.

Thursday: I might get some pizza dough from Trader Joe's and grill out some pizza, or we will have crackers and cheese or a bagel.

Tonight: probably scalloppinis in saffron cream sauce with rice and asparagus.
Tuesday - roast chicken with compound herb butter, mashed potatoes, and salads.
Wednesday - maybe slow-cooker shredded beef tacos
Thursday - 5 spice pork tenderloin with rice pilaf and a veggie.
Friday - dh will probably get put on grill or smoker detail.
