I think I felt my first kicks

I think I felt my first kicks last night. It wasn't gas (i've had enough to know that feeling Surprise )

I felt it 4 or 5 times. The first 2 were a bit stronger when my bladder was full and the others were much lighter. Guess he was telling me I needed to go ;-)

The first one (when my bladder was full) was a bit like a light poke.

Once I emptied my bladder it was like a light tap.

it wasn't at all what I was expecting, but I cant' seem attribute it to anything else and the more I read about what the first movement feels like, the more Im thinking it was baby. Maybe he was feeling guilty about how sick I was feeling yesterday ;-)

I know what you mean! I felt my baby too! I feel movement every night before I go to bed. Its like a little flutter. I am so excited!!!

Yay! It's so awesome when you can feel them move! I can't wait! I didn't feel DS until almost 17 weeks last time but am hoping to feel this baby sooner. Smile

Yay! I started feeling mine sporadically a week or two ago, they've been more consistent in the past three days or so. I can't feel that all the time, but definitely when I'm sitting down at work or resting on the couch before bed.

I don't know about anyone else, but all I can say is it feels WEIRD... good, but weird. Like a little bomp-bomp-bomp coming from your abdomen. I saw a few people say it feels like popcorn popping, that's pretty accurate. It felt like butterflies for me at first, I could tell something was happening but I wasn't sure what. Now I'm definitely feeling kicks/punches.

Yeah me too. I thought I felt something too yesterday so of course last night I was obsessed with trying to feel the baby move. I think it even caused me restless sleep I even got out the doppler and checked the heartbeat. Still healthy and strong! Move baby, move!

I just super excited to feel baby for the first time. I think it will also help reassure me between appts that he or she is still in there and doing good. I have an appt next week and I can't wait to hear the HB again!

I'm sure I felt LO fluttering around in there today! Definitely no kicks yet for me but it's fun to have the reassuring swimming feeling to hold me over until my next OB appointment!
