Im not looking forward to being in an outdoor wedding this upcoming weekend, but it's late enough at night (7:30) I hope it's cooled off quite a bit. Feeling great, glucose testing nx appt in the begining of August.
I need to AW my DD for a moment- if I ask where the baby is, she will come over, lift my shirt up, and point at my belly button. This week, she started giving it kisses!! Melts my heart...
34 weeks here! I had DD at just over 37 so it's starting to get very real. I had an u/s 2 weeks ago and she was head down and very low so it will be interesting to see how long she stays in there for.
Nursery is done and we are starting to bring up all the baby stuff from the basement so DD can get used to it being out.
I'm starting to slow down a bit...but that could be from all the 90+ temps we've had and the fact that DD loves to be outside. What I wouldn't give for a day in the 80s....
I'm sad to share that I'm no longer a pregnant June mama I went to the Dr last week for my first appointment (8 weeks) and all we saw was an empty sac. Ran my betas, they were in the 6thousands, but when we did them again 2 days later they rose only slightly. My Dr says I should miscarry naturally. I'm so thankful that I have DS. While we won't be having 2u2, we are looking forward to trying again when the time is right.

21w5d here. I cannot believe how quickly things are going. We are finally getting around to doing stuff to prepare. We had started redoing our Master Bedroom right before we found out we were expecting and almost have all the final touches on that. We will then move to painting bathrooms and cleaning out the spare room before painting that which Avery will be moving into. We made a ton of progress this weekend, which was really nice.
I have to be careful how much I do as my back is not tolerating this pregnancy as well. I am now taking Percocet nightly as Tylenol does nothing for the pain. I actually dropped Avery yesterday because I had a back spasm, thankfully i dropped him onto the couch and he found it hilarious. My next appointment is next Monday. I love that I am only going every 5 weeks this time.

We are 28w1d and I am suddenly super tired again...booooo all I want to do is nap...and that is so not happening. Apparently my blood pressure has been elevated my last few appointments. I have an appointment next week so I'm hoping it will go down. Is there anything they do for high pressure or just monitor it?? Other than being tired I'm feeling good.

Thanks ladies. I'm really in a place of shock/sadness right now. So thankful to have a perfect, healthy, happy son. Just trying to focus on the positive. Plus having a 13 month old to chase around keeps me pretty busy, thank god. It's nap time and night time when I get more sad. We're hanging in there though.

Only 5 weeks 5 days so really nothing to report. I haven't had a single symptom yet- unless the huge zit in the middle of my chin is from the pregnancy. Really looking forward to having my first appointment but it's still 3 weeks away since we are going on vacation next week.

I go for my 16 week appointment this week - I need to hear again that all is well after a lot of upsetting news from peers/friends and their pregnancies these days. I am antsy for that 20 week anatomy scan too - I want to know if I'm team blue or team pink - that's what kick starts me in to action and gets me going on my to-do list. Until then, I just kind of cary on as normal and don't make any plans for baby, I'm bad.
I feel well - but DD only let me sleep from 4 am to 7 am last night - she was just screaming for no apparent reason. Hard to recover and go to work after a night like that.

25 weeks here. Had my last appointment at my current OB's office last week, and everything was good with me and the little guy. I meet my new OB in two weeks right after we move, and I really hope I like her.
I've been feeling decent overall still, which is good since we're moving soon. I've been much more easily winded this past week, but the doctor warned me about that. I've also been having way more braxton hicks than I did last time - and they're uncomfortable already! My doctor wasn't worried since they aren't regular, but geez how many am I going to be having once I get closer to full term if they're already frequent?

I am 21w3d and feeling good. Other than the belly I don't always remember I'm pregnant! I am enjoying this nice window before I start feeling worn out from pregnancy and a toddler. I'm still in denial about having 2u2 in 4 months. Holy cow this pregnancy is going by too fast.
I am with Cass on the denial thing. We are SO excited to be having two little girls (who will hopefully be best friends), but it hasn't really hit me yet that I will have a newborn in 5 months. I am nervous about how I will be handling shopping trips, daily activities, recovery with a toddler, etc. However, I know that it WILL work out and eventually will be amazing for our family! I keep daydreaming about summer 2014 when the girls will be 3 and 1.5! They will be in the same "stage" and we are definitely planning for a beach trip and Disney trip! YAY!!! Two princesses!! Ha! And, it's just going to get to be even more fun as the years continue and they grow up together. So exciting.
I just had my 16 week appt and scheduled my a/s which will be on Aug. 9th. I am also am in the mind frame that until we find out if we are team pink or blue I am just enjoying this stage. I just wish I could get some energy back and not be so tired all the time.

I'm 30 weeks today. Had an ultrasound this morning and found that the brain cysts are ALMOST gone. The doctor said even if they don't completely disappear, 2% of the population has these cysts and it doesn't affect them at all. So no worries about that! Baby is measuring right on track, so it's obviously not affecting it at all. No need to worry about any other type of defect. Also found out that my low-lying placenta is completely out of the way (yay) and baby is head down in the right position (hopefully for good!).
Well, dilation has progressed just a little but the contractions that make me gasp in pain and drop everything have not gone away. Yay... And since I am not supposed to do a dang thing, it makes packing for moving lots of fun...
