buybuybaby registry question

My family purchased 2 big items off my registry and it didn't come off the registry as purchased. Anyone know how I can do this? I could probably just call the company but I'm lazy.

  • You can just delete them from your registry.  If you want them to show as purchased, I am pretty sure the only way to do it is to call (sorry).

  • The user and all related content has been deleted.
  • You have access to it on-line.  Go in and mark it purchased or just delete the item.

  • I had to do the same thing this weekend. I deleted the items from the registry because it wouldn't let me switch them to purchased.
  • If you log in with your user name and password, you're able to update quantities, or mark something as purchased.  I was in the store yesterday and the woman working there did it for me.

    Good luck!!

  • Unfortunately, the BBB registry doesn't allow you to mark things as purchsed online.  You can delete them online, but you're better off calling & asking them to mark them purchased.  If you ever need to return the item & it was on your registry, you don't need a receipt.

This. Don't delete them. Others might want to see that they've been purchased, plus the fact that they're on your registry acts as a back-up gift receipt if needed.

BBB is great - they really don't care if you have a receipt as long as they sell the product.
