Fayetteville Tech's is good, but there is a long waiting list, and they have a LOT of days off, like a normal school. So you will have to find alternative daycare on days like Veteran's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.
We go to Sandy Ridge. We love love love the infant teacher, and we really like the two year old teacher. The one year old teacher made us consider switching. Good luck.
