Post Half Recovery?

I will be run/walking a half-marathon at 21 weeks. Any advice for recovery?

  • Compression socks/sleeves for your calves. I don't know how they work, but I've worn them after a couple of tough races and it did seem to make a difference. Also I love chocolate milk as a recovery drink :)
