Trouble latching on one side???

Ok, LO in only 5 days old, so feel free to tell me if I just need to chillax!  She's been doing pretty well with latching and nursing, already gaining weight she lost in the hospital ( which was minimal).  All day today, she's all of the sudden had trouble latching on the left side.  She's fine on the right, but issues on the left!  What is that about?!? The nurses told me that they do favor one side, but this is more than that...like literally not latching at all.  Suggestions???

    My son always had issues latching on my left side.  To the point where I only pump on that side and nurse him on the right.  I am pretty lopsided because of it, but I've been able to EBF for 7 months (and counting!) this way.  

    Only recently (like past 2 days) I've been trying to nurse him on the left again, mainly to increase my pump output.  Since he's older his latch is better (he had a really bad latch) and he's more focused.  GL!

    It can also be something like an ear infection or even torticollis - worth mentioning at your next pedi appt.
