Will c section affect my IVF chances?

Hi ladies, have any of you ladies had a successful IVF cycle or frozen embryo transfer after a c section. I'm getting a little concerned about my chances next time around. Will having a c section affect anything??

    I didn't even think about this! We plan on doing FET down the road with our last remaining embryo.

    You should ask this on the Success after IF board, but I believe many of them have had a successful IVF or FET cycle following a c/s.  I don't think it should affect your chances of success next time around.

    I had both my kids IUI;  the only thing with child #2 is before I started the rounds of injections again, they redid the test where they see if your tubes are blocked.  They said that the c sect woudlnt effect my chances of getting pregnant and with child #1 it took over a year...with #2 it took 1 cycle.  I know IUI isnt the same as IVF but that was my experience.

    I just had to cancel my upcoming FET for a stupid insurance issue BUT the c section has very little to do with the chances of another cycle working. My dr did a saline sono to check on everything and took a nice look at the scar internally and said it is not an issue at all. I know plenty of ladies who had  c sections and went on to have additional cycles work for them.
