I was a little nervous at first, but made myself a promise that I would go for a week without using a single sposie. After that first week and I figured everything out I could never imagine going back.
I ordered Kushies and the washable diaper liners. I bought the laundry detergent and going to get wet bags yet and laundry bag. I was wondering is there a certain diaper cream I should get? Also how many total do you recommend(I have a 2 and a half year old. He has a lot of bowel problems)? Not sure when will be able to potty train with health issues. Thanks.
You will need a cloth diaper safe cream. I use earthmama angel baby most of the time and switch to Grandma Els to clear up when she gets a little red. I don't know much about CDing older children (brands that are larger, etc) but 18-24 is a good number to wash every 2-3 days. Be willing to try a few brands... you can do a diaper trial from many cloth diaper stores. (jillians drawers is one). Kushies may work for you, but many people have not had much luck with them. The FAQ is useful and if you have more questions, ask away! Good Luck!

After you prep them, just jump in.
