Need Technical Help

I cannot verify my acct!?! I have the e-mail still... but there is no place to click within it to verify?! I also cannot find the place to resend the verification e-mail.

Can anyone help direct me to the right place please? [All I want to do is start a blog! But, I have to do this first!]
