Movie review websites for parents?

This might be a question for parents of older kids, but is there a website that gives parents a breakdown of why a movie is rated what it is? Like if a movie is rated PG-13, is there something that will say that it's that rating because there is nudity, or swear words? I feel like when Noah is to movie going age, I would like to know what we will be watching, but I don't necessarily want to watch the movie first and then rewatch the movie a second time with him. Then again, maybe that's my only option.

Here's why I'm asking...in my opinion, my just turned 12 year old nephew, watches movies that are WAY too inappropriate for him. (Backstory, personally, I feel that because my brother-n-law doesn't have many friends, he takes his son with him to movies as his "buddy"). My nephew often sees rated R movies with his dad and most recently was talking with my dad and said that he saw The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo (now, if you haven't seen that movie, there are a couple graphic rape scenes, and lots of nudity and sex. This movie had me covering my eyes and I had read the book).

I use this when I want to see if a movie is appropriate to show in class. It actually breaks down instances of profanity, drug use, sexuality, etc.  And it's not too religious-y...it is more just a list and it kind of lets you make the call.  Like if I see a movie that has an instance of alcohol use, and it's adults drinking wine at dinner, I will still show it in class. But if it's like, Alcohol Use: teens binge drink and then vomit on some train tracks and then one gets naked...I know that it may be questionable to show!
