Such a horrible way to start the weekend

Started the weekend off last night with really bad shakes and some dizziness. Drs couldn't figure it out so they sent me home. To just start having all kinds of stomach issues. Struggling to keep anything in me at this point. Just hope I don't have to go back to the hospital for fluids today.
