I see your ticker says your baby is 4 weeks old, so I am assuming you are talking about newborn poo when answering.
At that age, BF and FF poop is water soluble. I just threw the diapers with the other dirty diapers. Everything was washed together. Things change once you start solids.

I just throw them in the pail. Nothing else needs to be done until they start solids. We've just been throwing them in the whole time and our diapers are perfectly clean. No smell, no buildup.
We will start spraying when she starts solids in a few weeks though... not looking forward to that.
We were rinsing them for a couple of weeks but it was pointless. Everything comes out in the wash and if I get stains (usually on my handful of organic natural fiber ones), I just sun them, or ignore the stains since they are just going to be pooped on again 5 minutes later.
When DS was BFing I just threw them in the pail with all the others. Once we started solids we installed a sprayer on the toilet.
If we're out and about when poop happens DH will rinse it out in the toilet. If I'm out alone I bring the poo home and spray it off... I really don't want to stick my hands in some public toilet. Wet bags contain the smell great.
Now - remove insert (pockets), carry diaper to toilet, plop out poop, spray out whatever's left, toss into potty seat next to toilet, carry to his pail and toss it in. Rinse out potty seat with sprayer, wash my hands. I spray even ploppable poops b/c he only poops once or twice a day, it's super easy to do, and I have zero staining.
When DD was EFF, everything just went into the pail to get thrown in the wash.
Now that DD is on solids, we use the sprayer on poopy diapers. If we're out and about I will either dump into a toilet if easy, or just stick everything into the wet bag to deal with at home.
H prefers that the least amount of poop as possible go into our washer, so here's what I do: we have a small plastic trash can in our guest bath that poopy diapers go in to; then I spray them when I get home in the evening; and then I put the sprayed diapers in with the pee diapers in the pail in DS's room. once DS starts solids I might start spraying the diapers with bac out after I spray them. Right now I don't have any staining issues.

DS is EBF so I don't do anything to them, I just throw them in the wet bag (open trashcan with a planet wise liner)
For DD2 I plop off what I can slosh off what doesn't immediately come off and then it goes into the wet bag as well
Throw in pail. Get around to washing sometime.

Plop it in the toilet. Rinse everything (including inserts if necessary) with our diaper sprayer. Spray stains with Bac-Out and put in the pail.
I usually then have to clean up the water that sprayed everywhere and flush
