I know I'm not. Which I'm not BFing so no worries there. It seems like when I'm busy taking care of DD & can't eat then I'm hungry. Then by time there actually is time to eat it's sorta like 'eh'. Hopefully DH will buy some groceries since he got paid today (we're sorta running bare now). Anyone have any tips? Oh & I'm vegetarian which can at times make things harder in the 'quick & healthy' department.
Re: Anyone not eating as much as they should?
Same here. I am BFing so I'm trying to make an effort, but being so busy with LO makes me lose my appetite a bit. I've found that eating breakfast helps me maintain my appetite throughout the day. I make myself even if I don't feel like it. I usually have cereal with a banana or yogurt in the morning. For lunch, sometimes I just graze on cheese and crackers, popcorn, veggies & dip, etc all afternoon whenever I get a moment. Sometimes I reheat last night's dinner while LO is napping. Fortunately, my DH has been great about cooking healthy dinners lately so most of my nutrition comes from these. Sorry I don't know how "quick & healthy" my routine is, but I feel the same way.
This is pretty much what I ate yesterday except I had a Protein Bar somewhere in there. I live on coffee.

Me too.. I'm EPing so I really need it, too, but it's hard. I work from home and it's VERY difficult trying to squeeze everything in between all of the baby needs, chores (like bottles & laundry), work, AND pumping.
To make things worse, she's got a dairy problem so my string cheese, lean pockets and cereal/milk snacks are all out the window. I've been living off of vegan bars and soy milk with added egg protein powder.
