DD's hip dysplasia UPDATE!
DD has been in a foam brace for 5 weeks now becuase her pedi found a little click in her hips at her 2 month appointment. We had a follow up appt this week and both hips are now 100% normal!!!
BEST NEWS EVER!!!!!!! She still has to wear the brace for another 3 weeks because the orthopedic doctor wants to have TWO consecutive 100% normal readings. Brace comes off August 13!!
Before the doctor even saw her, we had to have an ultrasound done on her hips, and the tech seemed confused and said to us "which hip had the dysplasia, becuase I dont see anything wrong with her hips... they look perfect!"
We are so happy that the brace is coming off soon and that she can start wearing cute outfits again (stuck with onesies and long pants, to prevent skin chafing with the brace... yea that sucks in the dead of summer).

We take DS back to have his kidneys rechecked next week. I hope we get a 100% normal report too!
I'll be thinking of you guys! Its no fun to have to deal with such stress.

Hooray! Soo happy for you!! The foam brace had to be so so awful :-(
DD had hip dysplasia too, but hers are 100% healed now, just need to wear the harness at night for the next 6 weeks.
