CD10 Follicle Size on Clomid

I just got back from my CD10 u/s.  She said I had a few follicles on each side, all under 10mm.  I go back on Monday.  This is my first Clomid cycle and I was only on 50mg.  I know it is common for people to not respond to that, so I am preparing myself for that.  For those of you that have taken Clomid, were your follicles all larger than that on CD10, or is there still hope that it is just early and they will grow?

Cycle 1:110 days-Provera ended
Cycle 2:57 days-natural AF
Cycle 3:96 days-Provera ended to begin first treatment cycle
7/12:SA-"Normal" Count:47 million Motility:75% Morph:3%
7/12: Provera+50mg Clomid+Ovidrel+TI+Progesterone=BFN
8/12:50mg Clomid+Ovidrel+TI+Progesterone=???

    When I took 50mg of Clomid, I had a lot of resting follicles but nothing growing. I didn't ask the size of them. My monitoring appointment was on CD13.

    There is still hope that they'll grow. If they don't then your doctor will likely put you on a higher dose next cycle.

    Keep your head up! For some reason I broke down and cried after I didn't respond the first time, even though I knew it was nothing compared to what a lot of ladies go through. This cycle I took 150mg and just had a trigger shot on Monday to release a 23mm follicle.

    TTC#1 since 5/2011
    DX: Hypothyroidism, PCOS, Myasthenia Gravis, Aplastic Anemia, one copy MTHFR DH SA: count 52% motility (slow progressive), 0% normal morph
    June-July 2012: Clomid cycles=BFNs
    August 2012: New RE, started Metformin, Letrozole 7.5mg+TI=BFN Sept. 2012: IUI#1: Letrozole 7.5mg=BFN
    Oct. 2012: IUI#2 Letrozole 7.5mg+Dexamethasone=BFN
    Nov '12-March '13 on a break
    April 2013: IUI#3 Letrozole 7.5mg+Dexamethasone=BFN
    June 2013: IVF#1  Follistim/Menopur/Ganirelix =BFN, 3 Frosties
    August 2013: FET#1=BFP 8/20/13,  EDD 4/30/13, MMC 10/1/13
    December 2013: IVF#2 Follistim/Menopur/Ganirelix=?

    There is still hope that they will grow.  Some people just don't have a great response to Clomid though.  Like pp, I've also done stair-stepping with Clomid which gave me a nice size follie (I took 50mg and then 100mg right after that after my next monitoring appt.).  So something like that may work for you if you don't have much more growth on Monday.  Good luck!
