Yay! DD is finally crawling!

I'm pretty sure she's the last one on this board, but at 13 months she's finally crawling!

We have a PT through EI twice a week for her gross motor delays and it's finally helping!  my friend is convinced that getting the ear tubes in last week is what helped because the same thing happened with her son as soon as he got tubes.

Either way, I'm just so happy that she's finally somewhat mobile!!! She can finally start exploring.

And now we start working on walking!

I've been wondering if now that Stella has tubes walking is just around the corner.  I've heard that and talking follow soon after the tubes.

  • Go baby girl!  I was soooo excited when Jameson started crawling at 11.5 months... Now I'd be really excited if he'd just sit still for 5 minutes!

    Me: 30   DH: 32
    TFAS since May 2013
8/14 - Bloodwork showed heterozygous MTHFR gene mutation and elevated AMH (but no cysts)
9/14 - HSG, Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy showed tubes clear, but found and removed Endometriosis, scar tissue and 2 small benign masses on my tubes.
11/14 - Daily ultrasounds confirmed that my follicles are not releasing the egg and every other day blood draws showed very low progesterone... DH's SA was near perfect
12/14 - moving onto meds!!! Hold up!!!  Surprise BFP after only taking the progesterone!  Now what do I do with all of the other meds we already paid for?!  Due at the end of August 2015 Beta#1- 4434 @ 22DPO  Beta#2 - 7335 @ 25DPO Beta #3 - 14429  @ 28DPO
  • Yay!  I was wondering how your little girl was doing with the EI.  How often is she seeing the PT?  We just started on Monday.  DS just started to pull himself up a couple of weeks ago, but is still not really cruising and def not walking. He'd prefer to crawl.  Our babies will get there eventually!

Edit:  I just saw your DD is seeing the PT twice a week.  Comprehension fail. Lol

  • Exciting, DD just started 3 weeks ago, and took her first steps the next day. She qualified for PT and we're waiting to start.
  • That's great!
  • Yay for a mobile baby!

  • Great!!!!! My LO just started crawling about two months ago. She still isn't full hands and knee crawling only "commando crawling". We are also doing PT thru Early Intervention for gross motor delays.

  • That is so awesome! We have gross motor delay also and get PT weekly. We just started "log rolling" across the floor. Keep up the good work!
