All of these. Although I feel some of these pregnancy conditions didn't ease up much after pregnancy. I'm pretty sure pregnancy brain has lingering side-effects. ;o) Thankfully it did get much easier to bend over to pick things up.

that I couldn't be away from a bathroom for more than an hour.
I'd be so thankful for a good poop.
Early on in pregnancy, I never thought I would even begin to understand the lingo on the 3rd Tri and Nurseries & Baby Gear boards. I remember being so overwhelmed.
...that everything I do would make me out of breath. I seriously feel like I can't catch one at all. Plus all the sweating in weird places. Just not ok.
That I would feel like I suck at being pregnant! Still have morning sickness, have GD, have been exhausted, and a bunch of minor things too. Poor DH keeps telling me of course I don't suck at it... Sigh.

This. Specifically, that I wouldn't be able to pace back and forth while talking on the phone because it causes shortness of breath!
..sitting down, then getting back up & walking were so difficult.
This! I just got up from my desk and did a few minor things and now I am winded. WTF?
This for me too! Also, when I meet with students I have to do a lot of talking for about an hour straight.. even THAT makes me out of breath!
Also, that I would need to find a way to roll off of our furniture just to get up. Seriously, getting up from our reclining couch is like an Olympic sport for me.

Before I was pregnant, being well groomed/shaved was extremely important.
Now - who cares? It is just too difficult.

Just wait - I think Mommy brain is even worse! It's like 95% of your synapses exist solely to think about your kid.
1. That its possible to have morning sickness for the entire pregnancy.
2. That lifting your legs to put pants on could be such an ordeal. (I have SPD)
That I would get used to the feeling of another being kicking inside me.
Also, that I would be unphased by a weight I've never seen on my scale before...and it keeps going up!
This. Sometimes I feel so silly.
2.0 is on the way! EDD: 2/24/15
I do this too!
This too! H never sees it.. but lo is moving so much these days i feel him all the time in the evening!
That I could be SO hungry right after eating!
That buying large Fruit of the Loom underwear would be the highlight of an entire week.
That gaining weight would be not terrible.
That I would cry just thinking about how excited I am for our baby.
I never thought:
1. pregnancy could be somewhat easy for me after hearing horror stories (no real complaints yet)
2. Cry over the silliest stuff
3. Leave my job to stay home with my child longer then the allotted maternity leave
4. Maternity clothes are super comfy and I will probably continue to wear them
Having to practically hoist myself off the couch/bed each time i get up.
And boob sweat, OMG the boob sweat! Didn't know it existed until i was pregnant!
That I would have to stop and clinch anytime I feel a sneeze brewing.
That I would accept that I'm just going to have to pass gas in front of the hubs.
That I would dread going to bed because "sleep" is so uncomfortable.

... that I would refer to my unborn baby as "lumpy butt" because I feel her butt pushing out against my tummy or ribs all. the. time.
That I would be hot all the time! I'm the one who always has a sweater or jacket handy because I'm usually always cold.
And that I would have to prep myself just to sneeze or cough...not that it does any good.
I would have never thought my preteen acne would make its ugly return. My back looks like crater land.
Having to prop myself up with pillows on the couch (one on each side for the past two months) which makes it nearly impossible to get up.
The value of and elastic waist band.
Lastly, that I would need to sleep in a sports bra since the second tri so that my boobs don't leak all over my night shirts.
