Just went to Target in search of something to suck on (ginger or lemon)...and spotted the sea bands people typically using for cruises.
Put them on as I was leaving the store and it is helping -- I still feel bloated, but not nearly as queasy.

You're the first person I've met (though not in real life) who is using them and has reported any kind of relief. I wasn't sure if they'd work. Thank you for posting, because I'm getting kinda desperate. Been sick for 3 weeks and losing weight - I need something to quiet my tummy...
This - it's a set of bracelets you wear and, through accupressure, it is supposed to help the nausea... but you have to basically wear them all them time.

With DS I wore Sea Bands almost every time I got into the car and every so often at work when MS was bad. They definitely work. I just broke them back out this week.
I have PSI bands (same thing) and they provide relief, but at 7w1d we aren't telling people and you can't really get by wearing a rubber band on BOTH wrists without drawing some attention to yourself. And is Texas in July, I'm sweating in a tank top... dang hormones... so I put them on in the elevator on the way home from work and take them off on the way up in the morning.
I use Psi Bands too. They are much cuter and are waterproof so you can wear them in the shower, doing dishes etc. without soggy bands! www.psibands.com
I might order some Psi Bands so I can shower and stuff in them, but I just ran out today to get Sea Bands from Target. THANK you for posting this, seriously. I am a worthless ball of tears when nauseous, and it's been 24/7 (I'm up a lot at night with my two youngest, one has night terrors, the other is teething still) and just wretched. I put the SB on as soon as I got in my car and I felt something instantly. I was massively bloated (thanks Sprite...that doesn't work for me), so I had to wait until I got home and took some baby gas drops to feel full relief, but this is the earliest I've felt human all week. Usually I finally start feeling betterish about 10pm. I am sold.
