It's almost Friday ladies! I hope everyone had a great week!!!
1. Today is my sister's 13th birthday. 
She and I are 14 years apart. When baby gets here, she and baby will be 14 years apart. I don't know why I think that's cool, but it is!
2. DH is going to Nashville to record some demos this weekend. I am usually sad to be home alone, but I am sooooooo excited to get the bed all to myself.
3. The yard guys still have not come to cut our grass. My yard seriously looks like a jungle. I think the cat and I may go on a safari later.

1. I find it really hard to come to work everyday. I am pretty sure that if I won the lotto I would just be a stay at home mom and be happy never working again!
2. My dear husband is so lovin' deprived that I kind of feel sorry for him. He has actually kept his distance which is nice but I still can't muster up the energy to want to make love. Nor do I feel sexy enough to want to do ANYTHING right now. I am affraid if I don't give in soon, he might hire a hooker.
3. I am currently eating an omelet from my work's cafe and I am already thinking about what I am going to have for lunch. Today is my father's birthday so we are going to a habatchi tonight for dinner! (YAY!)
1) This pregnancy (our first) hasn't sunk into to my husbands brain that it is real. He is getting on every last nerve I have which sucks since we normally never fight
2) I really don't want to work after I have this baby, it sucks but I will have to...I hate my job so it doesn't make it any easier
3) I made this awesome lunch for today and i frickin' left it on my kitchen counter. This is not my day AT ALL
1. My DH wants to move to Texas and I REALLY don't and I'm starting to seriously hate Texas as a result. He wasn't offered an awesome job, housing doesn't cost less then here, he just has some family there and got himself all excited about it. It's not what's best for our family and I'm freaking out and not happy at all.
2. I'm really hoping that someone buys our Mustang soon so that we can buy a vehicle with a 3rd row and have a car our whole family can fit in.
3. DId I mention how much I am freaking out about moving to Texas?
Oh, I'm in the same boat. Poor dh. I try to muster up the energy once or twice a week but he knows I'm doing it for him. I can't wait to want to have sex again!!
1. We're meeting the MW in an hour and a half. I know it's just history but I'm super excited!
2. I have pizza for lunch. Yay!
3. Dh told me I'm showing. I told him it's just bloat, the weight I've gained (3-5lbs already) and breakfast. He disagreed so I showed him the picture of where the ute is. Now he's confused and he's the one with a medical background. Yes dear, bloat can look like a bump but I promise it's soft and jiggly. *sigh*

Then: Fraternal twins born at 26 weeks in 1983. Me: 640 grams. Brother: 840 grams. Family kept watch in the NICU for 5 months before being allowed to go home. On oxygen for a year and a half after being released.
Now: Me: PhD student and married. Brother: Lawyer and married.
Dad's wedding speech: Thank you to all the family who stood watch and prayed for our children's survival. Well now the little scrawny chicken is married. Who would've thought? (Thanks dad for making me laugh and cry at the same time).

1) It is my Friday, thank goodness. This week has brought the worst of the m/s and I'm hoping it subsides soon.
2) I went to CVS and bought Frosted Flakes for lunch yesterday, and ate a huge bowl. Mind you, I packed a lunch but the thought of eating my sandwich made me almost physically ill. It's ironic, because at 6:45 yesterday morning when I packed my lunch, I was drooling over it.
3) My DD finally started saying Mommy again - and now it's all I hear. The 3 month hiatus was actually nice and now I'm regretting repeating "mommy" to her all the time...
1. Mood swings in full effect, DH unplugged my wall charger from the wall and when I went to charge my phone it wasn't there and it just ticked me off. I went to sleep in the guest bedroom.
2. I have an awesome praise song in my head. Makes for a great work day.
3. I am already contemplating lunch!! I want chicken tenders with gravy SO BAD. I have a ham and cheese sandwich.

1. Today is my last day of teaching Summer School with a full class!! Tomorrow I just have one student who is not exempt from the final exam.
2. Still can't stop freaking out about having 0 symptoms, but next appt. is in little over a week.
3.Can't wait for the big reveal to family and friends on DH's birthday.
@ SammieJo3 - TX is a wonderful place with some of the best schools in the nation. The cost of living is actually lower than the national average.I don't know where you are from currently, but being a military brat and having to move every three years, it's much easier if you have a positive attitude and make the best of it. If you go in thinking you hate it, you will. People here are really friendly...but they can't drive for bleep! lol
My sister was 13 when I was born! It's a cool age difference. I annoyed the heck out of her when I was a child.
My three things:
1. I, too, wish I didn't have to return to work after the baby is born. I want it more than anything right now (other than a healthy baby) but DH works for himself, so finding affordable/good health insurance would be nearly impossible.
2. I get really stressed when I think about choosing the right childcare.
3. I really need to go shopping for looser clothes this weekend, but I'm scared to do anything to jinx myself before our 12 week OB appt and NT scan next week.
My brother and I are 13 years apart and he's 13 years from my LO, I think it's pretty neat too!

1. I'm getting really excited for the Olympics to start. It's the one chance I have to really get my fill of watching top-level equestrian.
2. DD was in a bad mood this morning, so I sent her with DH to the zoo. Now I have to decide whether to actually be productive or enjoy the peace and quiet...
3. I'm still not pregnant in my dreams. I know it took a while for my dreams to catch up when I was pregnant with DD, but I don't remember how long.
BFP1: DD1 born April 2011 at 34w1d via unplanned c/s due to HELLP, DVT 1 week PP
BFP3: DD2 born Feb 2013 at 38w4d via unplanned RCS due to uterine dehiscence
I think I'm more upset about the reason he wants to move vs. the fact that it's Tx. We have it pretty good here ( in Pa) and we both have our family and friends here...except for the few family members in Tx. It scares me to both give up our jobs ( I work full time from home so I can be home with the kids but wouldn't be able to in Tx) and the security we have here simply because he wants to be closer to them.
My little brother is 13. He is the same age as my step daughter lol.
My sister is 12 and so she is 11 years older than my daughter. I was 14 when she was born.
1. This is my last full day at my job tomorrow is a half day and I can't wait!
2. I have to testify in court against something I witness about 7 years ago. Do you think I remember anything? I have to meet with the DA to remind me of what I said tomorrow after I have a brazilian wax, so that should be fun sitting talking with him!
3. My inlaws have paid for a week vacay to St. Louis next week. They are so great! I am not looking forward to my 5 year old niece and 3 year old nephew who have no discipline in their lives and talk or should I say scream all the time. I plan on napping daily and if they don't shut their mouths I will kill them!
1. Today is only my Tuesday. I work one 3-11 shift followed by 4 midnight shifts.
2. Last Monday I thought the city where I worked signed a resolution establishing a maternity policy/light duty. Its this Monday, so I need to hammer out another week of midnights.
3. Im looking foward to meeting my friend's son this weekend at his first birthday, that is if I wake up in time for the party after getting out of work at 7am.
1. I am tired all day but when it's time to go to sleep at night I'm up and can't fall asleep. I feel so bad for my bf because he feels like he has to stay up if I'm not sleeping, he snores really loud and knows that I can't sleep if he's doing that. So I have been sleeping in the guest room all week. I feel like I'm really putting a block in our relationship by not sleeping in the same room.
2. I am really bummed I have to work tomorrow. I normally work Monday-Thursday during the summer when I'm not teaching summer school but I had my dr. aappointment on Tuesday so I have to work Friday instead.
3. I finally found a food I really like and can eat for lunch since normally at lunch time I want nothing but fruit and cucumbers but then I'm hungry at work. I am loving peanut butter sandwiches and I really hope it holds me over at work since I cannot eat in the building I work in.
1. I am going home this weekend to spend two weeks with my family and go to my sister's wedding. I couldn't be more excited for the food that will be there!! I'm from New Mexico (just outside Santa Fe) and miss the red and green chile like there's no tomorrow!
2. I have eaten Chick Fil A or Subway for lunch every day for about the past 3 weeks.
3. I am so sick of living where I live. We want to move, but are stuck here because of our house. I miss the mountains. I hate the heat and bugs here in South Georgia and am so ready to be somewhere else.
1. Last night was the last night of my Evidence class. The past 7 weeks has reminded me how much I hate night classes.
2. I have a final on Monday but right now I am watching Batman Begins in prep for going to the Dark Knight Rises on Friday. My DH is usually the one that always pushes school first but he is beyond excited about going to the movies on Friday and there is no way I'm staying home.
3. I am really glad that I do not have any more night classes!

1. my skirt is only zipped halfway up b/c of baby bloat
2. we're telling my MIL the news this weekend and I'm concerned she's going to feel left out b/c my mom already knows
3. I am a FTM so don't typically have exposure to this stuff, but was at my mother's house this morning and stole a Gerber Graduates ravioli thing from my nephew to bring for lunch today. It was perfect in every way.
My older bro and I are 11 yrs and 3 mos apart in age. DS and the new LO will be 11 yrs and 3 mos apart in age. I think that's kinda nifty.
1. Woke up this morning to find DS has been grounded because he was slapping the dog with her leash. We have 2 dogs, one's insane and the other's a couch potato. For some reason, DS believes that it's fine to yell at the insane one, call her "bad dog" and do things to provoke her. We've had her over a year and we can't get him to knock it off. So he pitched a fit because he's supposed to spend the night with his cousin this weekend. The screaming and tears really irked me.
2. While downstairs making my lunch before work and talking with DH about the situation with DS and the dog, DH leans over and I see a pack of cigarrettes in his pocket. We bought him an e-cig over a year ago and he'd quit smoking regulars. He'd told me he'd quit completely about 3 months ago and that's why he hadn't re-ordered the cartridges for the e-cig. Turns out he's been smoking regular cigs again and hiding it. That on top of the DS thing and I'm fuming.
3. My old manager and I had a couple conversations this week and they're seriously considering hiring me back. That's wonderful on the level that my insurance will be 20000x better than what I've got right now and that it's a job I actually enjoy. It sucks because it would be a step back from my current level and a step down in pay to what I was making before I left. It's only a $5k/yr difference, but still. It's ok, though, because the extra I'm making here is going right out the door to coinsurance and deductibles. Anyway, FX it all goes through!
1. I caught a nasty GI bug on Tuesday night and ended up in the ER. It was not fun. I am finally to the point where I can tolerate solid food.
2. I'm going in for a partial shift today because I had called off Tuesday night (when I thought I was going to die) but now I feel semi-better. The only reason I'm going is to save my time off, and because I have to get something out of my locker.
3. I think we're going to start spilling the beans next week, and it's making me really nervous. :-/

1. DH forgot to buy batteries for my Wiimotes, so I'm sitting here in total darkness doing nothing because I feel like crapola.
2. I really want the pineapple that is downstairs, but I'm afraid to cut it.
3. I kind of hope no one calls me or texts me today. I am feeling super antisocial.
1. I have two weeks left in our home in MS then we'll live in TX, & we say goodbye to my DH until late spring of next year

2. My house is a cluttered, clean mess, except for my kitchen. I have no energy nor the stomach to wash dishes, ugh I wish I could hire a maid for the 1st trimester.
3. I need to start packing up my household goods in boxes, so DH doesn't have huge work load to do when we leave.
1. Saw our 12w baby on the u/s this morning and am so relieved! I am finally letting myself feel that is happening and I want to scream it from the rooftops.
2. I am craving a Santa Fe salad from Chop't so bad right now. Is it lunchtime yet?
3. I had a major work meeting today so this was going to be a banner day. I got in from my NT scan all amped for the meeting... and got a call that it had to be rescheduled. Damn!
1. Today is my first day back at work after 5 days at the beach with MIL, FIL, SIL, BIL and my 13 month old nephew. They don't know about the baby so it was kind of fun for DH to have our own special secret. We also really enjoyed getting to spend time with our nephew and knowing that before we know it, it will be our own baby.
2. Everything went amazing at the u/s appt this morning, got to see the LO on the monitor and hear the heartbeating.
3. DH and I are going to babysit our 13 month old nephew for a week in August. With BIL and SIL's travel and work schedules, it just worked out that they need us to keep him and we couldn't be more excited to have a baby in the house and take him around town doing "baby stuff".
1. I am all alone in the administration building at my unit. My supervisor and all my command are on leave for the week and I finished all my work two days ago. Another day of desperately searching for something to do! I can't wait for the weekend!
2. DH reported to his new unit a couple weeks and found out a major part of his job is going to be repelling out of helicopters onto freighters. He starts the underwater crash survival training in a couple weeks. He is VERY excited. I am not.
3. My house is disaster zone. The movers arrived with all hubby's stuff when I was 4 weeks pregnant. There are still random piles of stuff in the hall way because I didnt't have any energy then, and I still don't!
1. We are having an ice cream social this afternoon at work, and it has serioulsy made this the best.day.ever!!!!!!!
2. I'm really looking forward to my pedi this weekend, god do I need it.
3. Two appointments next week -- an OB appt and our NT scan. Looking forward to seeing #2 again. It's been hard to connect with #2 at this point for me, especially since I have a toddler running me ragged. But hopefully the further we go and the more I get to see of #2, the more I'll feel bonded.

1. Just had some homemade mac and cheese and it was soooo good!!! Hoping it stays in my tummy.
2. I am feeling so fat......have not exercised for a while because of how awful I have felt the past few weeks. I feel horribly guilty because of it!
3. So excited to go camping next week! Looking forward to being away from everybody and getting some sunshine~I have a baby in heaven 3-20-12~
1. Cookie Dough made me cry last night. I had made some eggless cookie dough earlier in the week and by last night, the though of it and sight of it made me so grossed out, I made DH throw it away so I didn't have to look at it. Then I cried because I'm so sick of being sick.
2. Today is my Grandmother's 92nd birthday and we are skyping with my parents and Gran Saturday for her birthday - but really so we can tell them that we are preggers! I'm so excited and keep crying just thinking about it!
3. Seriously, everything makes me cry. Every. Thing.
1) Today is my friend's birthday so I'll be seeing her this weekend to celebrate.
2) My nephew's first birthday party is this weekend

1. We are getting a new couch and bed this weekend! I am super excited!
2. I am still a little pissed at MIL for telling us we needed to have some "compassion" for her and give her a specific date for when she can tell her friends. :rolls eyes: I need to let it go.
3. I need to finish a baby gift for my friend, but I have no motivation to craft lately. Maybe new couch will be so comfy it will inspire me to get some work done.
1. Hubby is working a 48 hour shift at the fire-station, although I miss him... i LOVE having the bed all to myself and my pup.
2. One week from today I get my 2nd u/s for my 12 week and to check for downs. I am excited to see baby but nervous at the same time as I have hears stories of women going in seeing a HB at 8 weeks and then baby has stopped growing since then. Keeping my FX and praying lots for next week.
3. Keeping my FX as I am waiting to hear If I got this teaching position. Should hear soon. I really need to leave my current job as a gymnastics teacher.
1. I wore maternity pants to work for the first time today. They felt like they kept falling down but it was totally worth it to not have a button mark left on my expanding belly.
2. My daughter who was working at the Girl Scout camp on a nearby mountain came home sick today which was a bummer but I am super happy to have her home. She'll be a senior in high school soon so I want to cherish every moment with her.
3. I met with the surgeon today about my thyroid cancer and it looks like I'll be scheduling surgery in the next few months. It was all fine until he started giving graphic descriptions about cutting my neck open and rearranging organs...ewww...why do doctors have to be so graphic?
