We got Alexander a book about being a big brother and we read it to him once in awhile. The back of the book includes a "note to parents," that tells me, "Make sure to make time for your first child when you have the second."
Oh, really? As if that won't be my main source of guilt and preoccupation after having this baby?? Thanks, author of this 6 page book...you are a great child psychologist.

Re: Big Brother books...
Stuff like that drives me nuts. Like "You know, I thought he'd be fine. I still have to pay attention to him?" Really?!
Although, I guess it is probably like why we have warning labels on coffee "Caution: HOT". Somebody out there was stupid enough that the warning was needed.

When I first read the tittle of this post, I thought we were talking about "Big Brother," the tv show. You know, the best show on during the summer
But, I'll keep that in mind when I have a second. I never knew a 6 page book could be so informative!
