Prenatel Question

My DH and I have begun trying for a family so I have started Over the counter but I find that they mess up my regularity.  I have also suplimented with metamucil to try to help but I cant get myself to choke it down.  Does anyone have suggestions on a brand of PN's that will meet all my needs?

    I have always just taken 2 chewable children's flinstone vitamins because the prenatals made me so sick.

    I just started taking prenatal vitamins a few days ago. I got the Spring Valley (Walmart) brand. I take them right before bed and so far haven't had any issues with them. They're also really inexpensive!

    Though, the last few nights I have had the craziest dreams (DH having sex with a cat?? WTF?) and I can't help but wonder if there's any connection LOL

    Look for one that doesn't have 400mg of calcium (200mg is all you need)...that is what is messing you up.  I take Walgreen's PNV +DHA.  They aren't the cheapest out there, but I have no issues with them, while most regular daily vitamins mess me up.

    I take VitaFusion gummies... I bought them at Kroger, but I think they are sold all over because I've heard lots of people taking them also. You take 2 a day, and they don't taste bad or weird at all. They have 400 mg of Folic Acid and they have DHA and B6 (B6 is supposed to help ward off or decrease the effects of morning sickness when you do become pregnant.).

    Right now I'm taking Nature Made or something like that. When I'm pg, I get a rx one because my local store gives those for free.
