...is the best exercise ever. At least, for me it is! I used to run, used to go to the gym, used to swim. I don't go to the gym anymore after having my second baby in November, no time, I get my work-outs done at home with free weights, and my cardio outside. My weight oss plateaued a few months ago, when my baby was 6 months old. Now he's 8 months, and all I've been doing is going for long walks with the double stroller - with this three year old sister in there, too. It is the best workout EVER! I seriously should write a book. Stop going spinning, stop going to the gym, stop doing your workout videos - strap your children in the stroller and walk, for at least 30 minutes-hour. I figured out I am pushing 60 pounds while I walk, I walk for an hour...I can't even begin to calculate the calories I am probably burning. Anywho, I am glad I found something that I enjoy doing again and that I have time to do, since my kiddos do it with me!

I've done this workout for a while now.
In the last year I have ran pushing a double jogger. Great naptime activity to get 6-7 miles while they snooze.
