  Glad you liked it, I am not a fan of fig and there are sooo many other yummy ice cream flavors I would pick first.

  I love fig greek yogurt. (In fact, that's what I had for breakfast!)  I was wondering if the ice cream would be too sweet for the figs (since greek yogurt is very tart), but it sounds like they got the balance right. I'd definitely try it if I had the chance.
