Is there any way to get bloat to go away??

I drink tons of water, but still end up being bloated almost every day. It's so uncomfortable. Is there any kind of trick to get it to gtfo?

I haven't found anything besides drinking lots of water. Could it be gas? If so, maybe try some Gas-X.

Eh, every other day or so. I might try GasX... can't hurt if it isn't gas, right?

Shouldn't cause any problems at all. Gas-X was recommended by my OB to deal with stomach pain and bloat. He also suggested getting on a fiber pill to help ensure regular BM's. Those helped a lot too!

I was having horrible gas up until about week 13. My doc said it was okay to use Gas X as well as a daily dose of Miralax (the powder packets) in my water, and drinking lots of water. I feel so much better. I now have daily BM's, very little gas, and can see my bump starting grow instead of a gas-filled, distended stomach. Hope that helps.

Maybe try yoga or a jog? If its gas related it will help move/push things around/ out
