I've heard of people volunteering to be snugglers in NICUs, but never heard of it for paying adults. The latter is creepy IMO.

OMG! I would totally do this. When the twins where in the NICU many moons ago the nurses would tell me that some parents never came to the hospital to see their babies. That human touch is so important to preemies.

Cuddle parties? Interesting! I love to cuddle, but cuddling with strangers is odd. That would be the longest hour ever...lol What do you talk about? Sit there in silence while an elderly fellow springs up a stiffy? Hmm...pays more than tutoring, but I think not.

This isn't far from me either, the town 5 minutes away (and that IL's live in). What a nut. The "racy" morning radio program was ripping her last week. It was hysterical

I am not that close. I live more in the south towns of Buffalo. But I guess close enough to drive for a good cuddle.
