Hey ladies, i know I have been MIA for the last two weeks or so. This whole last month has been really hard. After finally getting AF 4 days late it was horrible. It lasted almost 2 weeks which is NOT normal for me, normally it lasts exactly 5 from beginning to end. Since my last two cycles AF has been lighter than normal I am attributing it to build up and this AF just cleaned house. However, that being said I am not sure what this cycle will bring since I am on day 13 or 14 which is about when I should be o'ing.
I have also missed a few days of temping due to not hearing my alarm going off, so now I have temps missing. Any insight would be appreciated. Do I go on with this cycle like normal or is this cycle a bust? I am so confused because while i could handle the delay in AF's arrival I don't know how to handle or what to expect with her elongated stay. What do you ladies think?
If AF stays longer next time around I will mention it to my Dr.
Re: No longer MIA... need some input.
sorry about the extra long AF. that really sucks!!
I wouldn't worry about the missing temps, chances are you didn't o yet , so just keep on it. plus it looks like you usually get at least W cm, so look for taht as your guide to when you might o. I don't think you're out at all. keep on temping, you'll be okay.

I would keep temping just so you stay in the habit but not count on the chart to be accurate. Conitnue to have sex if you think this is your O time and remember that lots of people get pg without temping so its still possible.
If you usually have a pretty standard temp increase you may still be able to monitor the progestrone rise even if you have no clue what day you O'd on.
