MIL gift ideas??

My MIL is the woman who has everything, and no hobbies/collections of anything to speak of. I'm stuck. Does anyone have an ideas for a budget-friendly gift? I'd prefer to not do a gift certificate because she never uses them. She's not very girly and pretty much prides herself on being super-mom/super-grandmother. I've got nothing. Help!

I would do a photo book or maybe a coffee mug with your lo's pics on it. I've done both for all parts of or family and they love it everytime

Thanks ladies! The photo book idea was awesome. She recently saw one that I did of the girls and loved it. Just got finished making her one. AND found 2 coupon codes! Can't beat that.
