Re: WW Daily Check in!
Sure Dixie!!!! We would love to have you
Woo hoo! I must admit, I will still weigh in on Mondays, it just works better for me! :-)
Yesterday I did better than Monday...when I ate 70 points. Lol. I have 48 daily points and yesterday I ate 55. I am getting there.
1) What is your plan to stay on track today?
Breakfast is always my downfall, so I am starting off better with high fiber oatmeal and a protein shake. Then I need to snack better when I get hungry instead of going for the freezer full of ice cream (our work does ice cream fridays during the summer and my buildings freezer is full)
2) How many points do you get a day? How many do you normally eat?
48 points, but not sure how much I usually eat...just started being dilligent about tracking Monday.
3) How much have you lost? What is your goal?
Only lost 25lbs of the true quick loss baby weight. I need 10 more to get to pre baby weight and want to lose 40 more after that.
4) Do you have any activity planned today?
Not yet, and since DH is home with DD all day today, I prob won't get any in today. Maybe some crunches. I've been thinking of doing that 30 day 300 crunch challenge.
5) What is your goal for the day? Do you have anything that is stopping you from achieving it?
Don't go over my daily point limit. ICE CREAM is stopping me :-)
6) What is your favorite low point treat that others may not know about?
If you have Schwanns delivery service in your area...they actually make some great low point snacks and ice cream bars. I did have one yesterday that is orange and cream and only 2 plus points!
1) What is your plan to stay on track today? The way I stay on track is by planning out my meals as soon as I wake up. I usually have a larabar at around 5am when DD wakes up but this morning I forgot to so I have 5 extra points! I'll probably use them to eat a little more of a main meal.
2) How many points do you get a day? 40 (BFing)
How many do you normally eat? All of them!! Or sometimes up to 5 more and I dip into my weekly points. This is usually if I want a glass of wine
3) How much have you lost? 7 lbs since June 1st
What is your goal? I'd like to lose another 15 pounds. 10 will get me to pre-preg weight but I had gained about 10 before getting pregnant.
4) Do you have any activity planned today? Sadly, no. Activity has been my downfall. It is so hot out I just can't bring myself to take DD outside.
5) What is your goal for the day? Do you have anything that is stopping you from achieving it? To stay on track! I think I should be okay today.
6) What is your favorite low point treat that others may not know about? It's not a secret but I love the WW ice cream cones. They have snack size ones for 2 points. So yummy!
1) What is your plan to stay on track today? I too also meal plan, so I do the same thing and track my food ahead of time, that way I know how many "fun" points I have left.
2) How many points do you get a day? How many do you normally eat? 28, I usually eat anywhere from 28 - 35 (depending on how much wine I drink).
3) How much have you lost? What is your goal? I started on June 11 and have lost 10lbs....I have about 25lbs left to go.
4) Do you have any activity planned today? It's my birthday, so I am doing wine tasting tonight (not really an "healthy" activity)....man, I'm sounding like a drunk....
5) What is your goal for the day? Do you have anything that is stopping you from achieving it? To stay on track......again, my birthday, but it's just one day.
6) What is your favorite low point treat that others may not know about? I LOVE cutting up tomatoes & cucumbers and adding a little red wine vinegar, salt & pepper and fresh feta and mixing it all together. It's about 2 points.
Yes please!! Thank you so much!
1. I already have my meals and snacks planned for the day. DH has a work dinner which makes it easier,
2. I have no clue, lol. I need to look. I am weaning DS2 and am only BFing 3 times a day now, but will continue cutting down. I am assuming I should start with my "regular" points as opposed to the "breastfeeding with supplementing" points...
3. I gained 40 pounds while pregnant and have lost 30, so 10 pounds.
4. already hit the gym today. I did an hour class that was a combo of TRX and cardio intervals on the treadmill.
5. My goal is to make it through the afternoon without crazy snacking. That is when I get so tired and eat to help myself stay awake....
. 6. I haven't really done the new plan yet, so I have to figure out new snacks and meal combos....
1) What is your plan to stay on track today? I track on MFP, so I will continue to do that.
2) How many points do you get a day? How many do you normally eat? Don't know about points, but I get 1450cals/48total fat/16g fiber per day. I think that's how points are calculated. I usually eat about that much. I also "earn" more with exercise.
3) How much have you lost? What is your goal? Started at 185lbs. Currently at 180lbs. Goal is 165.
4) Do you have any activity planned today? Stretching everyday. Especially hamstring stretching. I do that for at least 30 minutes a day. If the heat lets up, I'll repead W1D1 of C25K.
5) What is your goal for the day? Do you have anything that is stopping you from achieving it? No real goal, but I didn't bring lunch so finding some take-out that's reasonable might be tough.
6) What is your favorite low point treat that others may not know about? I don't have this, but I eat those fiber one cookie/brownie things.
I know....it's the pitts.....my wine used to be 2 points and now it is 3....uhhh
Ok, I can't find the article, but I have this site that has the points plus values assigned to most beer and skinny girl drinks.
1) What is your plan to stay on track today? I downloaded an app to use to keep track of everything and I am making myself do it while I am eating or right after. (I am not technically paying for WW so I don't have their app.)
2) How many points do you get a day? How many do you normally eat? I get 41 points and I usually try to stay right around 41. I like to save my "bonus points" as I call them, for the weekend.
3) How much have you lost? What is your goal? I started not long ago (a couple days) and have 1.5 so far. My short term goal is to get to my pp weight, so 12 more pounds. Maybe my rings will fit then!!
4) Do you have any activity planned today? Does going to Costco count? Whenever I start WW I always wait on starting activity until I have a good grasp on the program.
5) What is your goal for the day? Do you have anything that is stopping you from achieving it? My goal for the day is to not go over on my points. I really want a cup of frozen yogurt from Costco for lunch and I have no idea how many points it is. Maybe I'll ask for the nutritional info...
6) What is your favorite low point treat that others may not know about? Popcorn...its not really low points though because its 6 points a bag. I need tips from the pro WW peeps out there!
Saddest day ever. Lame! Well... There goes the idea of drinking all my points! Sigh. Lol jk

6) What is your favorite low point treat that others may not know about? Since I am doing the MSPI diet there aren't many treats I can eat. Right now I am loving the Newman's Own Cookies which are MSPI friendly. They are 4 points for 10 cookies. They are really good.
