About two months ago I asked for input about wheelchairs. After checking out several options, we decided to hold off on ordering. At the time, Lilith's skills just weren't where they needed to be for her to have independent mobility.
Fast forward to today, Lilith's skill set seems to be exploding. Suddenly, she is reaching, grabbing, and exploring everything within her reach. And, her endurance has skyrocketed. Based on recommendations from another discussion board, we researched the ZipZac.
OH MY GOSH! Why hasn't anyone done this before? It seems so simple!
Well, long story short, We placed a few phone calls to the company, did a little bit of fundraising, and tonight, we were finally able to order our ZipZac. It should be here in just about a week. A WEEK!
I'm just so excited for Lilith, I can't really contain myself. I had to tell someone.

That is so cool! I got really excited about it for my neice, but then I saw the price. There is no way they could afford it, and I know their insurance won't cover it. I wish I could win the lottery and buy it for them.
Please, review it when you get it. I may have to do some fundraising too, if it would work for her.
