06/17/11-10 days of Clomid (100, 150) No response.
07/10/11-03/20/12- 5 Injectable (Follistim) IUI cycles; 4 BFN, 1 C/P. (stims ranged from 11 days to 25 days)
05/28/12-Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. 75 mcg Synthroid.
IVF with ICSI in June/July 2013 = BFP!. Beta # 1 = 123. Beta # 2 = 252. Due March 25th. Baby boy arrived March 27, 2013!

DX: DH (30) severe MFI, severely low count & low motility
Me (32): all clear
Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test
Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found
froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!
All 3 survived the thaw on 11/15/12!
FET 11/17/12: transferred 2, one 4B, one 4C. Beta 11/30:BFFN

Beta is tomorrow! Hoping to keep the positives rolling. So far the Sparklers are two for two thanks to my girls, Rachey and Candyreese.
Q: Don't really have a favorite store, but my fave coffee drink would be a white chocolate and raspberry mocha. They're a rare treat.

I just got confirmation from my clinic that my FET is on Thursday! I am excited but mostly really nervous. They lost the embryo at my last ET but I figure this can't happen to me twice, right? Ugh.
I love chai tea lattes... they are my weakness.

I'm on day 8 of stims and I go back on Thurs after 9 days of stims.
My estrogen went from 12 baseline, to 139 after 3 days, to 1080 after 6 days. My increase in dosage after 3 days really took effect. I'm keeping the same dosage so I'm expecting it to continue shooting up. Projected ER is Sunday.
I trigger tonight and my ER is scheduled for Thursday. I'm finally getting nervous butterflies in my stomach.
Q: My favorite store would have to be Ross. I'm a total bargin shopper. My favorite coffee drink is Starbuck's carmel macchiatos. I quit drinking caffeine over a year ago so I no longer drink them. I'm not willing to pay $5+ on a decaf coffee.

I am now between retrieval and transfer, and keeping my fingers crossed. Things are going well, and don't want to jinx it.
My favorite store is Nordstrom, and I don't drink coffee (but before TTC, got more than an adequate caffeine fix from soft drinks). My favorite soft drink is Dr. Pepper.

2/12-5/12: 4 IUI cycles = all BFN;
7/12: DE IVF # 1 (with ICSI)- 20R, 16M, 14F, 5DT of 2 blasts; 6 frosties = BFN;
Lupus anticoagulant initially high, then found to be normal on hematology consult;
Follow up testing in September all clear;
Started synthroid for "high normal" TSH;
FET # 1- late October 2012- BFP on FRER; beta # 1- 21(low), beta # 2- 48 (still low), beta # 3- 132, beta # 4- 1,293; beta # 5- 5,606; last beta- over 100,000. First u/s 11/21- heard heartbeat
12/12- Officially an OB patient!
Level 2 ultrasound at 20 weeks shows vasa previa and VCI
Referral to MFM and mandatory c section for delivery

Q: My favorite store is Ann Taylor Loft. I don't drink coffee so I don't really have a favorite. When I end up in Starbuck's with friends, I usually order something that has a whole lot of chocolate to cover up the coffee taste. Shamefull, I know.
I started my stims this past Sunday. Had my first estrogen level drawn today.
TTC since Sept 2009, 2 uterine septum surgeries (Jan and March 2011), 1 chemical pregnancy (4/11), 1 ectopic pregnancy (8/11), and missed m/c at 11w5d (3/12)
