Third time is the charm right?

I'm new to this board but I just started my second m/c this morning. I had two Beta test's to confirm pregnancy and my numbers started out low and only progressed by 5 points ( a 13 to an 18) and then dropped by 6 points by the 3rd Beta ( dropped to a 12) I was heartbroken. I just had surgery May 23rd for my endometriosis and am wondering if it was just too soon after for my body to be done healing enough to carry a viable pregnancy. What's even more devastating is that with the first m/c it was one week after I found out, today is one week after I found out this time and I am starting my m/c today. Sigh. I have high hopes, a lot of faith, and am praying daily but it is still hard. I hope you guys will make some room for me here.
March 2012- Dia.gnosed with severe endometriosis which covered both ovaries
May 23, 2012- Laparotomy Surgery to remove Endo, all removed.
June 21, 2012- Positive OPK.
June 23, 2012- Positive OPK.
July 10, 2012- Positive HPT, Beta done that afternoon.
July 11, 2012- Beta 13, Progesterone low.
July 13, 2012- Beta 18, Progesterone low, prescribed progesterone suppositories.
July 16, 2012- Beta tested in the am, Hcg dropped to 12, told to expect a loss.

I like your title, "Third time is the charm". I've been hoping this, as well. This whole process is so hard, and I'm trying to have faith. big ((HUGS))

I am sorry for your loss! I'm right there with you, sending prayers your way that the third time is the charm as well!!
Thank you ladies for all of the welcomes and condolences I appreciate them! I hope and pray that everyone here will find luck in their next pregnancy so we can move to the first trimester board! But for now i'll make a nice comfy spot here.

3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!
Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500
First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat
LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!
TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015
Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015
Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270
First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

RE testing results: DH- normal ME- DX:PCOS and One copy of MTHFR gene

No 2nd IUI but instead TI with Metformin, Baby Asprin, Neevo and Prometrium

My Ovulation Chart early m/c 09/05, early m/c 02/08,and missed m/c 04/12 at 16 weeks **I was Diagnosed with Factor V Leiden & Heterozygous Mthfr 02/08 I was put on Lovenox while pregnant with my daughter and will also be for my next pregnancy
BFP #3: 01/28/12, EDD: 09/23/12, MMC (BO), D&C 2/16/12 at 6.5 wks
BFP #4: 05/23/12, EDD: 01/31/12, Early MC at 5 wks
RPL Workup: + LPD (7DPO Prog = 7.8, Endometrial Bx = out of phase)
Elevated Alpha 2-glycoprotein IgA and antiphosphatidylserine IgM -->
Hematologist said not to worry and no need for treatment!
Dx: LPD
Cycle #1(08/2012): Clomid 50 mg CD3-7, Ovidrel CD13 + Progesterone = It worked!
BFP #5 on 09/10/12 (11 DPO). HCG #1 @ 14DPO = 131.6 HCG #2 @ 16DPO = 509

Thank you again ladies for being sooooo welcoming and for the helpful words!! I'm trying to stay positive during all of this and am impatiently waiting until we have the clear to try again, but I also want to space it out so I won't be at risk again. For anyone who likes scripture Psalm 143 has played a big part in helping me to de-stress. I read it anytime I am feeling upset, betrayed, or stressed. It is also one of the reason's I feel myself still during this whole trying m/c. Thanks again for the kind words. Praying for all here for blessings of baby dust!!! xoxo.
